In my journey with Empowered Futures, I have been collaborated as a UXUI designer for the EF connect dashboard platform where I have developed onboarding sections for mentor user.
EF connect would be a dashboard platform where people youth generation can connect with professionals or experts in different areas to share their knowledge with new generations.
The challenge
Redesign the app from Adobe UX to Figma enhancing and adding functional pages according to the objectives and mission of the non-profit company
User flow for mentors and mentees.
One of my primary tasks was to leverage the user flow within the EF Connect platform, ensuring a seamless connection between mentors and mentees. I focused on optimizing the journey from sign-up to a successful mentorship match, enhancing usability and engagement at every step
Next Steps: Enhancing the Onboarding Experience
To facilitate meaningful connections between young individuals and professional mentors, I focused on building a structured onboarding experience within the EF Connect platform.
Each onboarding flow was carefully designed to align with EF’s user criteria, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience. For mentors, I developed a four-step onboarding process tailored to recruit high-level professionals before they gained access to the dashboard.
